Hidden right in Bangsar, this place feels like you’ve stumbled into someone's dreamy backyard garden. You’ll find chickens roaming, cows lazing about, rows of veggies growing, and random garden chairs perfect for lepak sessions.

Entrance is by donation, so just drop what you can. There’s even a stage area for little hangouts or potluck-style picnics with friends. Only thing? The open-air toilet is very... open air. But hey, it adds to the kampung charm lah.

📚🤫 Read Or Work In Silence At Always Lapar, Cheras

Halal ✅

Imagine an old-school library, but make it a café. Always Lapar in Cheras has no aircon, just ceiling fans and nostalgic vibes. It’s quiet — like really quiet — 'cause they don’t play music, so you can actually read a book, do work, or just sit in peace.

Try their Mee Jawa (RM13). It’s flavourful and spicy. All in all, a great spot if you just wanna escape the loud coffee shop energy and get into your own zone.

📍 Location:Taman Connaught, Cheras
🕐 Opening Hours: 10:00am – 4:30pm (closed Wednesdays)

Need a chill spot that doesn’t close? Apacaba Coffee is open 24/7 and honestly, it’s such a vibe — especially if you love plane-watching. Located near the airport runway, you’ll get to sip your kopi while watching planes fly low right above you.

Plenty of cozy seating both inside and out. Great for night owls, study sessions, or just clearing your head with a midnight latte and a sky full of blinking lights.

KL Fun Fact 😲❗️

KL is one of the only cities with a mega mall on a hill.

Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens are built on a hillside along a floodplain. Before development, the area was known to flood. Fortunately, extensive engineering turned it into a shopping haven. 🛍
